The ten student flats are located in north-west London, in the areas of West Hampstead, Kilburn, Chalk Farm and Belsize Park. All properties are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for comfortable living. There are two types of student accommodation: studio flats for single occupancy and one-bedroom flats for couples.

Rent depends on the size of the individual property and the length of the tenancy. Rental rates for the student flats are significantly lower than the market rate for comparable properties in the same areas of London (approximately 30–40% lower). If you are allocated a student flat, this can therefore be regarded as a substantial contribution towards the cost of your studies in London.
