Student Flats

All prices exclude electricity, water and gas charges. Upon moving in, you will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent, as well as an advance payment for electricity, gas and water equivalent to six months' estimated usage. Utility charges are settled every six months.

As a tenant, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own internet service and Council Tax. Once you have moved in, you may apply to the local authority, Camden Council, for a Council Tax exemption as a full-time student. Such exemptions are normally granted.

Student Rooms

Room rates include daily breakfast and 8 evening meals per month. Electricity, heating and water are included in the rent.
